Mitsubishi Complaint
No help from the check-in staff - more than 1 hour before the flight - miss the flight and they rebook it for 24 hours after!
Unfortunately I arrived a bit late, I arrived at 5.10 pm when my fligh started at 6.20pm.
I was quite in a hurry, looking for help with the automatic machine, nobody help me.
At the end, after doing a line in order to talk with an operator, he only said me to chek-in with the automatic machine...
At the end the machine could not check-in my baggage due to was 5.25 pm.
Hence, I did another line to talk with the special service, and finally when I could talk with a person, that was the worst part.
It was something like 5.30 pm, she did not want help me at all. No help, not even sorry, she looked like satisfied to say to me that was too late to chek-in my baggage and to rebook the flight for 24 hours after!!
I take about 50 flight per year, to be honest it is the first time that I miss a flight arriving 1 hour before at the check-in area.
An it is the first time that the staff did not want to do absolutely anything, not even a double-check in order to see if something can be done.
I have a frequent flyer program with United, but if it is your way to treat a customer, for sure I will avoid United as much as possible.
